From store selection to post campaign evaluation, FeelGoodLive takes the guesswork out of planning, implementing and measuring the success of your campaign. And whilst the standard packages available have been designed to meet the majority of requirements, FeelGoodLive services can be tailored specifically to your brand and your objectives.

Boots FeelGoodLive want your campaign to be as appealing and engaging to the Boots shopper as possible. If you need any help with ideas for your activation, we can help with suggestions for the optimal promotional mechanic, such as gift or treat with purchase, or perhaps a drive to social media. These is no charge for this service.

Furthermore, if you would like help with the ‘look & feel’ of your campaign, we would be delighted to visualise uniform, pop-up stands and other show material for you to review, safe in the knowledge that it will comply with Boots's in-store guidelines. Again, there is no charge for the creation of the initial visuals. Charges will only apply to revisions.

The shopper profile across over 2,000 Boots stores is incredibly varied and is influenced by the socio-demographics of the local population together with each store type.

FeelGoodLive provides you with access to a sophisticated store selection engine, to help you select the optimum stores for your specific marketing objectives. In addition to selecting stores by type and geography, for the first time, stores can also be selected according to their sales performance within a given category. What’s more, there is no charge for this service.

Boots have recruited some 500 of the UK's very best sales and demonstrating personnel and have put them through Boots's internal accreditation programme. In addition to Boots customer service and shopper insight training, each accredited member of the team is fully conversant with Boots store best practice and has received store-specific Health & Safety training.

Each member of the team is highly profiled, from professional qualifications awarded, to inside leg-measurement, to eye colour. Need a Massage Therapist masseuse or a qualified Make-up Artist? No problem. The team has all of these skillsets covered and much more besides. Need the personnel to learn extended product knowledge? No problem. We can conduct online briefing and tests, and face to face training courses, where necessary.

A standardised sales uplift report will be provided for every Boots FeelGoodLive campaign, with analysis right down to store level. Created in a user-friendly Excel spreadsheet format, and accessible online, the sales uplift analysis will contain both low-level and summarized data, providing the information you need to evaluate your campaign.

Need even greater insight? If requested prior to the commencement of your campaign, a full Post Campaign Summary Report can be created containing activity photos from a selection of stores, together with anecdotal feedback from store personnel and consumers. Proposing Campaigns

Proposing Campaigns

Proposing a campaign in Boots has never been easier. Just log into the My Campaigns area and click the Propose A New Campaign button. The entire campaign proposal and approval process is now all online, so say goodbye to those old paper forms. As a consequence, the campaign approval process has now been reduced from eight weeks down to six, and you can keep track of your campaigns’ approval progress either online or via email notification. And, provided you have an idea of the kind of activity you want to conduct and the number of store days, you can obtain a cost estimate online. Yes, it’s just what you’ve always wanted.

Finally, all of your completed and proposed campaigns remain here on Boots FeelGoodLive so that you can always come back and review the details.
